Effective Practices at All Stages of the Faculty Hiring Process
Offered several times throughout the fall semester, a workshop provides guidance for faculty search committee members, search committee chairs and administrators supporting the search.
The workshop is organized in partnership with the Office for Institutional Equity. Sessions are led by colleagues and experts who are available to assist departments with different aspects of the search, as well as share resources, strategies and best practices for each stage of the process.
