Equitable Hiring Practice Workshop

The workshop provides guidance for faculty search committee members, search committee chairs and administrators supporting the search. Sessions are led by colleagues and experts who are available to assist departments with different aspects of the search, as well as share resources, strategies and best practices for each stage of the process.

Faculty who participated in fall 2023 workshops are not asked to repeat the content until fall 2025. Faculty attending this year will not be asked to repeat the content until fall 2026.
