Post-Tenure Pathfinders Program

Revised

Alumni of the Faculty Success Program (FSP) who are ready to reflect and move forward in the next chapter of their career are invited to participate in the Post-Tenure Pathfinders Program. Offered by NCFDD, the program is designed to provide a space for a group of faculty at the associate professor rank to pause, engage in a discovery process about what's possible in their next chapter, and build the support network necessary to move powerfully in that new direction.

The Office for Faculty Advancement (OFA) provides schools with matching funds for faculty participation. Interested faculty should contact their departments and schools for approval. OFA works directly with schools to enroll approved faculty in the program.

Program Tuition

Pathfinders is offered each summer in a 12-week session.  Duke University may enroll Faculty Success Program (FSP) alumni at a reduced cost during Early Bird Registration.

During Early Bird Registration, tuition is $4,250 (a $500 savings). During Final Registration, full tuition is charged at a rate of $4,750.

Session Dates

Summer: May – August (Early Bird Discount Ends: May 10 and Registration closes May 15).
