Post-Tenure Pathfinders Program

Alumni of the Faculty Success Program (FSP) who are ready to reflect and move forward in the next chapter of their career are invited to participate in the Post-Tenure Pathfinders Program. Offered by NCFDD, the program is designed to provide a space for a group of faculty at the associate professor rank to pause, engage in a discovery process about what's possible in their next chapter, and build the support network necessary to move powerfully in that new direction.

The Office for Faculty Advancement (OFA) provides schools with matching funds for faculty participation. Interested faculty should contact their departments and schools for approval. OFA works directly with schools to enroll approved faculty in the program.

Institutional Membership in NCFDD

Duke has an institutional membership in NCFDD, which provides individual faculty members free access to advice in four key areas to help achieve extraordinary writing and research productivity while maintaining a full and healthy life off campus. Duke faculty members are encouraged to make use of the institutional membership by accessing the mentoring opportunities and faculty development resources. Learn more and enroll in NCFDD.
